How do course reserves work?
Answer
Professors can place books required for courses on reserve at the library. They can be borrowed for 2 hours, 4 hours, 2 days, or 7 days, depending on the professor's instructions to the library. Course reserves can be copied from for free at the copier next to the Circulation desk. Ask your professor if they have placed course materials on reserve at the library, or you may check the HELM catalog through the library website, or call the library to ask about your materials.
