I lost my Chromebook. What do I do?

Answer

If you have lost/damaged technology, you have 3 options. They are:

  1. Pay in full at Student Account Services located in Frost 201
  2. Set up a payment plan with Student Account Services. They can be contacted via phone (413-552-2101) or via email (studentaccounts@hcc.edu)
  3. Apply for the Administrative Action Appeal via email (appeals@hcc.edu)

Please notify the library if your technology is lost/damaged and which option you chose.
